"Home Care for Girls" supports the growth of young girls suffering from family problems with love, care and guidance. To build a warm home for them, we are now recruiting for the following positions:

Case social worker

  • Registered social workers, college degree or above, those with relevant work experience after obtaining professional qualifications will be given priority;

 

  • Respect and adhere to the family's service concept and maintain the family's operation;
     

  • Wow Case Management, Counseling;

 

  • Assist in promoting home-based services, implementing home-based activities, and building a family atmosphere;

 

  • Have an open attitude and positive values, be mature, caring and responsible, have patience and team spirit, be flexible, flexible and creative;

 

  • Working in Tsing Yi District, you are required to work shifts, work on holidays and lead outdoor activities.

Dormitory Parent (Full Time)

  • As a parent, responsible for taking care of female housemates aged 12-18 years old, training self-care ability, cultivating daily living habits and teaching respect for the house service concept;
     

  • Manage household affairs, such as maintaining smooth daily operations of the household, keeping the household tidy and assisting with meal arrangements;
     

  • Assist in planning and promoting home activities, following up on paperwork and administrative work;
     

  • Passed five subjects in the Secondary School Certificate Examination, including Chinese and English (Course B), or passed Level 2 or above in any five Secondary School Diploma subjects (including Chinese and English);
     

  • Applicants with relevant work experience will be given priority, as well as those who know how to apply Microsoft office skills;
     

  • Hold positive values, have good communication skills, be mature and responsible, have patience and teamwork spirit, and respect and adhere to the home service concept;
     

  • 48 hours work week, shifts and overnight stay required, working in Tsing Yi area
